Our schemas

Have you heard of those certain maladaptive schemas?

You know, about these funny, involuntary behavior patterns, about these automatic reflexes from childhood that are in you and persistently follow you through life. These are your most common reactions, your most instinctive actions. When you hear your mother’s voice coming from your own mouth, or when you smile and walk back into the pit from which your friends just pulled you out the last time.
These ingrained patterns of behavior are the result of childhood traumas and difficult-to-control reactions. They are there in all of us, but if we do not take them out, put them under scrutiny and become aware of them, they control us in such a way that we hardly even notice it.

In autumn, we are coming with new schemas
